The Latest Real Julia

THE Slipper-led revival of Labor's political fortunes hasn't worked and the campaign to depict Tony Abbott as Bluebeard on the Molonglo isn't sticking. Teams of quality journalists taking en masse dictation can't budge the polls because the only people who still believe quality journalists are other quality journalists. Stacked QandA audiences bring a little comfort, but there can be no realistic expectation surly lesbians with HECS debts represent a sufficiently large voting bloc to save our Prime Minister's bacon.

So what tactic can a Prime Minister of no known principles try now? Another about-face, of course!

  1. What a frightening prospect, 'witch' will send me completely 'round the twist (being halfway around already) should come to pass, heaven forbid (even though I'm an agnostic/atheist, like being half-pregnant I s'pose).

What need has Julia for a strategy that reflects the real world? As far as she's concerned, this concept that you call 'reality' is just a social construct.

  4. How many times did 'their' ABC news last night show Gillard calling Abbott a misogynist? Repetition is important in advertising. Then they went to great lengths to point out that both sides of politics were insulting each other (an interesting take on the situation to say the least).
It was the worst reporting bias I have ever seen.
