Of Two Minds

WHY would Nicola Roxon oppose the idea of hanging on to everyone's data before she supported it?

Public servants had their suspicions about her as far back as 2008.

But now she can be trusted, right, just like in New Zealund?

  1. Gee, Prof. I don't know why that would be.

But if you've got the hangers-on in your pocket...

  2. My contacts in the Attorney General's Department tell me that Roxon and her office are loathed for much the same reasons as reported above in 2008. In addition, they claim that Roxon and her advisors never support or back up Departmental staff when there are problems and conflicts with stakeholders and when things go wrong, it's always the Department that gets scapegoated.
