Dead Woman Waddling

EVERY day in every way, our PM sinks deeper and deeper.

And it just keeps getting better.

No candidates for MENSA in her office, where Gillard's Boy Friday cannot even do a little intelligence gathering without getting his boss in hot water.

If you have kids over 18 and they are reasonably sensible, get them enrolled ASAP. There is an election coming, no doubt about it..

Yep, indubitably. Anyone who hasn't already seen it coming is too stupid to be allowed in the booth on the day. I quite like Robert A Heinlein's quote (IIRC from "Have Spacesuit, Will Travel") that "My dad always said that anyone who didn't know how to use a slide rule wasn't intelligent enough to be allowed to vote. Mine's a beauty, a twenty-inch K&E log-log duplex decitrig." I have just such a slide rule - probably the exact model he's talking about, actually - and I know how to use it.

  2. "Mr Hubbard has no specific recall of the conversation."

Well knock me down with a feather - didn't see that one coming...

  3. They're in zugzwang. (Chess term for a situation where you're on the edge of the slippery slope and yet every possible move you can make weakens your position.)

Professor there seems to be an unexplored line of inquiry; if said brothels are in receipt of stolen monies, shouldn't they be required to return same funds?
A Current Affair or some other could do interviews with poor single mother struggling escorts about having to return their rewards for sweat and toil. Would make for good entertainment. Maybe some hospital workers in the said Union actually burn the midnight oil at similar establishments and could be hit with a double whack.

The Government could then step in and save the day with Victims of Crime compensation and everyone would be a winner. Like Labor think they won an election.

That's why brothels ask patrons paying by credit card to provide id - eg, driver's licence. They didn't come down in the last shower...
